Q: What is the minimum booking time?
A: Our services are booked by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum. This ensures we can dedicate a full team and equipment to get the job done right.


Q: I’m reserving 2 hours, but I actually need 6. How do I block more time?
A: Simply select your start time and pay your deposit to reserve. Once confirmed, an LTN team member will reach out to review the scope of services and adjust the total time as needed. We’ll make sure your project gets the time and attention it requires.


Q: What happens if the job takes less time than expected?
A: We work efficiently — if the project is completed in less than the reserved time, you’ll only be billed for the actual time worked (after the 2-hour minimum).


Q: Do you handle both residential and commercial jobs?
A: Absolutely. Whether it’s a garage clean-out, a full home demo, or a commercial site clear, our team is equipped for both residential and commercial projects.


Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes — we are fully licensed and insured. Safety and accountability are non-negotiable for us, and our coverage protects both our clients and our crew. With LTN, you can book with total peace of mind.


Q: Can you remove large or heavy items (like appliances, furniture, or construction debris)?
A: Definitely. Our crew is trained and equipped to handle heavy lifts and bulky removals safely and efficiently. From old appliances to concrete debris, we’ve got you covered.


Q: Do I need to be onsite during the job?
A: We recommend it, especially at the start, so we can confirm project scope and priorities with you. After that, many clients prefer to let us handle everything while they focus on their day.

Q: How do I prepare before your team arrives?
A: Just identify the items or areas you’d like us to clear or demo. If access to the space is restricted (gates, codes, etc.), please provide details in advance so our crew can get started on time.


Q: Do you recycle or donate items?
A: Yes. Whenever possible, we recycle materials and donate items to local organizations. It’s part of our commitment to sustainability and serving our community.


Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
A: Life happens — we get it. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll adjust your booking without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit, since we’ve reserved a crew and blocked that time for you.
